HUH? THE TEA BAG SOLUTION!
If there is one thing that can ruin your polish is a broken
nail. For some people [like me] broken nails happen a lot. It is very painful to
grow yours nails from short to long and then poof! They are all gone! Here is
what I do regularly, I make sure I use base coat before applying nail polish. The
basecoat nurtures and protects your nails against stain and keeps the nail
polish chemicals from getting onto your nails. I keep saying this: stay away
from acetone nail polish remover because they make your nails dry and brittle.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR CUTICLES WITHOUT CUTTING THEM
“Cuticles?” I asked, you mean
like the cuticles on my nails? What did they do to you? Some of us do not even pay
attention to them. The cuticle is the thin
layer of dead skin which is very close to what is called Eponychium. It overlaps
the hard nail and touches the lunula.
Your cuticle plays an important role in the health of your nails. They protect your nail bed from harmful bacteria. Your nails become vulnerable to infection without this protective cover (cuticles). Your cuticles provide a protection for the nail matrix and grows new cells that build the nails. Cutting your cuticles can easily break the protective cover and leaving entrance for germs. So Ladies! Do not pick or cut your cuticles.

Let Your Nails Breathe!
Ladies! Our nails needs to breathe. I have come across some women who cannot do without fixing artificial nails. they fix their nails every 2-3 weeks. Don’t you think it is time to ask yourself why you suffer yours nail that much? Why do you fix? Some women fix their nails for different reasons; some to look good and feel comfortable on a daily basis, some to look good for events, some are just addicted to fixing because they have long natural nails or because it is in vogue. Honestly, I only fix my nails 2-3 times(highest) in a year! And I like to focus on my natural nails more. But I understand we are different, I am not saying fixing of nails is bad but it should not be always. Don’t you think so?

Colored Nails- Tricks to Whitening Them
Hello Readers,
Have you ever wondered why your nails are yellowish, pinkish or greenish in color
after you take that nail polish off? This is as a result of dark nail polish colors. There is a limit to wearing nail polish
even though you love that polish. Ladies! You shouldn’t wear nail polish for
more than 10days (2weeks). Anything after that will suffocate your nail bed
and you know your nails needs to breathe! Yes! they need to.

What Is Skin tone and How It Determines Your Nail Polish Color?
What influences your choice of nail color? It could be your
mood, the color or trend. All of these reasons are not wrong. But first, you
need to know your skin tone. I have discovered that most ladies choose their
colors based on what they see on others which doesn’t work out most times.
Before you wear that nail color, just be sure it compliments
your skin.

NAIL TIPS
Are you tired of how fast your nail polish dries up? You might still want to keep those nail polish rather than throwing it away. To preserve your polish both in the bottle and on your nails, I recommend always following the 5 Do’s and Don’ts of nail polish:
Avoid using nail polish removers:
It contains acetone and it ruins the color of your polish.
Nail polish thinner is specially formulated to restore your thickened polish back to its original consistency. Use 2-3 drops and roll the bottle between your hands – your polish will be like new.
