HUH? THE TEA BAG SOLUTION!

If there is one thing that can ruin your polish is a broken nail. For some people [like me] broken nails happen a lot. It is very painful to grow yours nails from short to long and then poof! They are all gone! Here is what I do regularly, I make sure I use base coat before applying nail polish. The basecoat nurtures and protects your nails against stain and keeps the nail polish chemicals from getting onto your nails. I keep saying this: stay away from acetone nail polish remover because they make your nails dry and brittle.

Sometimes, I just cut them annoyingly, and other times, I struggle not to. I know how frustrating this can be even up to the point of keeping your nails short rather than long. This problem can be solved with just a tea bag solution. I have tried the tea bag wrap before and it worked. Yes! “Tea bag” All you just need to do is get your tools ready.

All you need:
  • Tea bag
  • Scissors
  • Base coat
  • Buffer
  • Nail file
  • Nail polish of your choice

Directions:
Depending on the length of the nail breakage,  you don’t really have to pour out the whole content of the tea bag.

- Cut the size you need without opening the tea bag [you might want to drink you tea later].

- Apply the glue [base coat] on the tea bag, place the tea bag on the broken nail and press down gently so that it will come out smooth.

- After the application, let it dry for few seconds and then you can start buffing gently so as not to rip off the tea bag.
- Gently file your nail has desired. [Round, square, almond etc.]

- Apply a thin layer of basecoat and let it dry

- Apply any nail polish of your choice.

So Ladies! The solution is now within your reach. A tea bag can simply fix broken nails. You don’t have to worry anymore, try this and you will get a good result!
